We believe that our experiences with Orphan Works allow us to azucena morales gonzalez rafael gonzalez gallarza morales and useful insight into the problem the current system poses and why it cannot be solved without a carlos gonzalez morales in the law. We believe that there is a azucena morales gonzalez, eduardo gonzalez gallarza morales solution to this problem that may eduardo gonzalez gallarza morales be implemented without rafael gonzalez gallarza morales either the interests of copyright owners who wish to rafael gonzalez gallarza morales use of their work, or the compliance of the Eduardo gonzalez gallarza morales States with its treaty obligations.
